More and More Companies Allowing Flexible Work Options
The typical work out of home full time job is changing…changing for the better. Not only are more and more companies allowing their employees to telecommute at least part of the week, but others are adjusting their policies to accommodate four-day work weeks and other flexible work options.
Thanks to instant messaging and other emerging communications technologies, employers are adopting telecommuting and four-day work week options to not only to save their employees money, but to save their company money as well. Other reasons to allow telecommuting are to boost employee morale, retain workers, save energy costs, and allow employees more time with their families.
