Sorry for the lack of updates lately. My life’s been a little hectic lately. I’m heading out of town in a few hours until tomorrow night for a funeral. My friend’s brother was killed in Iraq and she’s just been devastated. He was a great guy and you can read about him here. Keep him in your thoughts.

I am so sorry to hear about your friend’s brother. I read about him, and it sounds like he was a brave, courageous man. No matter what your politics, I am always humbled by the fact that while we argue over here about what should or should not be happening in Iraq, our men and women continue to sacrifice. Thanks.

The iraq problem is allot more than they let us onto. There is no way we can actually pull out with a genocide happing after we do… The family and the troops have my support… Bush on the other hand?.. we won’t go there..lol..AND , you do this for free… take some time out, take all you need. When I posted my comment before I didn’t see the link, but I just read the article now and it really hits home. My mother went to North Allegheny High School and my husband attended school at Duquesne University before we moved to Florida. No words can express how hard it is to loose someone..especially to loose someone to war. From what I’ve read it seems like he was an amazing person. Life is so precious and you never know when it will be taken away from you. I thank God everyday for what I have and I will continue to keep the soldiers in my prayers.

This whole thing is just terrible. I’m not into politics, or what right or wrong about this war.
I just know, like we all know, that losing good people this way seems insane, yet humankind can’t seem to stop warring with each other.
I don’t get it.
I’m sick about it, and I feel sad for you, your friend and her brother, people who I don’t even know.
