On yesterday’s posting: my friend called me late Wednesday night and told me she had an extra ticket to the Lion King in New York and I was welcome to join her. Having never been to the city myself (and the fact that it’s only about an hour and a half or so from where I live), I accepted the invitation. Needless to say, New York City rocks. I can’t wait to go back.

I live on Long Island and it takes 1 hour with the railroad to get into the city.Needless to say I used to drive in every weekend with my daughter for dance. 1 1/2 hours is not much worse so I agree you need to get in more often.
