When I ordered, the site showed me a disclaimer which, on my more cynical days, I would see as a red flag. It said,

Congratulations on ordering Gas Certificate Booklets. If we have the booklets in stock they will be mailed out the next day via USPS. If we are waiting on a [sic] order it will be mailed within a week.
