Don't read this unless you want a free home business idea that is not Web-based.

Ok, so this idea has been kicking around in my head for a while but executing it is not a high priority for me. In other words, I haven’t tried this one but I think someone can be successful at it.

So I thought I’d toss it out there for you all, and someone who’s really ready to work hard to start their own business can take it and run. And then you can tell us all your success story about how you made money from home.

Do you have a scanner and a digital camera? A mind for detail and organization? Then this might be for you.

Sell Photo and Document Backup Services

You know those shoeboxes full of papers and falling-apart photo albums at your parents’ or grandparents’ house? They are just one house cleaning away from being lost forever.

You could take those important documents and photos and create electronic backups using your scanner. Everyone has paper documents they should back up and most people have tons of old photos that they would be happy to preserve—if only someone could do it for a decent price.

You could charge a flat fee per item based on its size and give the person a CD or DVD that contains a copy of those irreplaceable photos and documents. You could think of other ways to add value, too, such as by creating an attractive book or setting up a Web site where the customer’s family could see the old photos that might have been permanently gone.

So what do you think? This could work, right? I think it’s a service that everyone needs.

It’s Up to You

You don’t have to rely on the job market or fickle make-money-online opportunities. I believe that all that stands between you and a profitable home business is an understimulated imagination.

If you liked the idea above, but it’s not quite right for you, you might want to take a look at In Your PJs, a book that will help you generate tons of other ideas for businesses you can build from home. Not gimmicky things like MLM, but real businesses in which you meet a real need and get paid real money.

The book and its resources is the best tool I know for overcoming that problem of the understimulated imagination. Check it out today.

Can you make money with David Bocock's 4-Day Money Making Blueprint?

Today’s guest post comes from I’ve Tried That reader Tara who read about the 4-Day Money Making Blueprint on the forums at Wealthy Affiliate. She decided to look into the program and share her results with I’ve Tried That. Here is her story.

My name is Tara Devine and I am doing a review for a program called The 4 Day Money Making Blueprint written by a guy named David Bocock. I found this program through a success story at Wealthy Affiliate (What is Wealthy Affiliate?). The person had just made their first sale through methods taught at Wealthy Affiliate. I decided to learn more about the program that helped them make their first sale.

I landed on the Blueprint’s webpage and to my great surprise there was no flashy cars, no big mansions and no pictures of people waving cash on the sales page. Instead, you are greeted with a YouTube video of David explaining how your success is his passion. There are also testimonials from people who say he has helped change their lives. This was refreshing compared to the literally thousands of money making websites that I have come across in the last five or so years.

The whole concept is based on article marketing using the bum marketing method. Just in case you don’t know, bum marketing is a way to create an income without spending any money. The concept was created by Travis Sago who is the original bum marketer. Travis himself has given the 4-Day Money Making Blueprint two thumbs up.

4-Day Money Making Blueprint

So, what will you learn from this course? For starters, you get an ebook entitled “Conversations with Travis” which will get you acquainted with the whole “bum marketing” idea. Then you get over 15 hours of video training. At the time of this writing there are 25 video tutorials that teach you everything from finding a profitable niche, keyword research, article marketing, how to write and submit the articles, how to write a squidoo lense, a forum where you can talk to others, lifetime updates and so much more.

I have purchased other products that teach these things. But I thought if he can help all of those other people, well why not me. So as I scrolled down to find out how much this would cost I almost fell out of my chair. All he was asking for was a one time payment of $29. Wow, okay I can manage that, but there had to be a catch an upsell or something. No upsell, no lies, just $29 and that includes an eight week money back guarantee. Needless to say that person from Wealthy Affiliate made a second sale from me.

The Quality of Information Available

The videos are great, I have taken a lot of notes. It makes it easier when you need to go back and review a video. I have contacted David through emails and he personally writes back with a caring response. You get the feeling that he is definitely on your side. Being on his email list you are safe from getting offer after offer. He has not tried to sell me anything else. He will ask for peoples opinions, he gives advice on product that he thinks might help, but has never put an affiliate link in his emails.

So what have I accomplished so far? Using what I was taught in the videos, I became a Platinum member at Ezinearticles.com with my first 10 articles. I am not rolling in money just yet, but I have no doubt that with Davids help, I will be showing profit soon. I just started his new personalized training program. This may sound weird but he didn’t sell his members on this idea either. He just offered it and I jumped at the chance. The information in 4-Day Money Making Blueprint is enough to get you started on the right path. The personalized training for me is more for support than anything.

I will keep you all updated with my progress. This is so not a get rich quick scheme, article marketing takes time and energy. The more you put in the more you get back. Just remember “Tomorrow is Today only Later!”

I’ve spent some time reading more about the program and I can safely give a positive recommendation on it.

KGB has opened their doors as is paying regular people (like you) to answer questions from their homes. You receive a question via text message online and seek out the answer and get paid for doing so.

The title may sound familiar to some of our long-time readers. We’ve reviewed a similar program a few months ago that operated along the same lines. That program was ChaCha. Unfortunately, they’ve since closed their doors to new workers. Lucky for you, KGB has opened theirs and is paying regular people (like you) to answer questions from their homes.

What is KGB?

The Knowledge Generation Bureau or KGB is a service that allows you to text any question to the number 542542 and get an answer. The system is entirely similar to the popular service ChaCha. The major difference is that KGB charges 99 cents to answer a question, while ChaCha is entirely free. KGB doesn’t come outright and state that they will charge you. In fact, I saw no mention of being charged until I dug around their terms of use.

Nevermind that, you aren’t interested in asking questions, but rather getting paid to answer them. Well, KGB wants you. They are hiring Work at Home Special Agents to take incoming queries and respond with the correct answer. There are a few requirements though. You need to be over 18, a US citizen, and have broadband Internet access. Aside from that, you should be knowledgeable on how to find the answers to pretty much any question through various Internet resources. Click here for more information on becoming a work at home agent for KGB.

To apply to become a KGB Special Agent, you need to take the Special Agents Challenge and you can do so by clicking here. The challenge will ask you a series of questions and grade you on the number of right and wrong answers. I passed it my first time through, but you can take it as many times as you like. It isn’t entirely difficult, but it does determine if your eligibility to become a secret agent. After completing the test, you have to hold tight until they contact you via email with information as to when you can start working.

How much can you make?

KGB offers their secret agents 10 cents per full response and 5 cents per validation response. A full response consists of you researching a question and providing an answer while a validation response requires you to look over an automated response to ensure that it is correct

I worked with ChaCha for about two weeks and earned roughly $10 an hour. Given the amount of work I had to do for $10 an hour it was hardly worth it. Now, for someone who is in dire need of cash, $10 an hour may sound like a god-send. Well, it’s unlikely you’ll hit the $10/hour mark as a Special Agent with KGB. I’d estimate you could probably earn between $4 and $6 per hour. While this isn’t exactly a lavish income, you could still earn some side cash each month.

As of this writing, I applied to become an agent approximately 3 hours ago, but I have yet to hear back from KGB. I’ll keep you guys posted on the status of my application. Until then, do we have any KGB workers here at I’ve Tried That? What has your experience been like working for them?

We've been heavily promoting the Niche Blitzkrieg system these last few weeks and with good reason too. Niche Blitzkrieg teaches you one of the best ways to make money online.

We’ve been heavily promoting the Niche Blitzkrieg system these last few weeks and with good reason too. Niche Blitzkrieg teaches you one of the best ways to make money online. We use nearly every technique outline in Niche Blitzkrieg here at I’ve Tried That and we’ve been making money with this blog since we started it almost two years ago. The system works.

Niche Blitzkrieg Updates

When I first reviewed Niche Blitzkrieg, I felt that the system was starting to become outdated and skipped over a few essential parts to running a domain. I expressed my concerns to owner Michael Brown and he assured me that an update was coming. Now, we’ve reviewed a lot of programs in the past, and generally the program owners have been cold and unresponsive. Not only did Michael respond to my concerns, but he promised action and boy did he pull through.

My biggest concern was that the system didn’t go in-depth on how to actually get a site up and running. This alone could be enough to scare off any new members as the thought of setting up a domain can be particularly scare your first time around. Well, Michael Brown not only updated the guide used in the system, but has provided full screencasts on how to setup your websites. His teaching is flawless and you will not encounter any issues when following along with his video guides.

Aside from that issue, the rest of the system has been fully updated as well. At this point, I actually can’t find a single thing to complain about, which is a first here at I’ve Tried That. I have kept contact with Michael over these past few weeks and he’s told me a number of I’ve Tried That readers have joined the program and the message board and have added a lot to the site. Good work guys. Be sure to keep us updated on how you are progressing as well.

If you want to join a system that will help you make money online, Niche Blitzkrieg is it. It is a great introduction course to setting up a website and making money with it. You will learn the same methods that almost every website out there today is using pull revenue. It’s the same methods we use here too and to put it simply, it works.

Click here to check out Niche Blitzkrieg.

Freelance writing is an attractive job for many reasons. You can do it from anywhere you have a computer and Internet access and there is serious money out there to be made.

Freelance writing is an attractive job for many reasons. First of all, you can do it from anywhere you have a computer and Internet access. Second, you get to brag to all of your friends and acquaintances about being a writer. Third, you’re always working on something new. And finally, there is serious money out there to be made.

Great pitch, huh? So what’s the catch?

There’s a bunch of extra work that goes into being a freelance writer that most people don’t think about. When you’re not on a job you have to send out dozens of queries a week, most of which never get responses. You have to constantly find ways to market yourself through personal blog sites, other peoples’ blogs, or whatever other advertising you can afford. Since you are online most of the time, you’re dealing with customers anywhere in the world, so your hours are anything but regular. And to top it off, most of this work that you’re doing is the groundwork to get a job—i.e., you do all of this to market yourself and to look professional without getting paid!

If you’re just posting blogs and articles because you love to write and don’t rely on the paycheck, then there are plenty of places out there for you to post. Most of the sites that Steve listed from his other post will get you going. But if you’re serious about freelancing full-time and want some advice on how to get started and succeed, read on.

First, you need to do some serious trade research.

Look up phrases like “how to be a freelancer.” Learn from the experiences of seasoned professionals on topics like where to find a job, what rates to charge, how to market yourself, and so many other important facts that are vital to success.

While you’re researching, you may want to join some freelancing communities. Never pay to join a community. Any community that guarantees it will find you hundreds of jobs and have you earning six or seven figure salaries are too good to be true. Do not buy into the scheme.

The best communities are those that are free, well-maintained, and full of tips and support for all freelancers. Some of my favorites are as follows:

Freelance Writing Gigs is an excellent community for freelance writers, and a good place to look for jobs. The tips are helpful for the freelancer just starting out, and the staff responds quickly to questions.

About Freelance Writing has some excellent articles to give you tips and advice. Also this site has links to other freelancing sites to help improve your skills. Jobs are posted here on Mondays.

Freelance Writing is chock full of useful information: leads to job boards; information about magazine submission guidelines; and even information about writing contest.

Once you’ve done research into the trade of freelance writing, and perhaps joined a few communities, you’ll begin to feel more confident with putting yourself out there and sending query letters to possible employers.

Realize that finding work is the biggest part of your job. When you are not working on a project you have to go out there on to the job boards daily and look for new work. I recommend using some of the above sites listed for finding jobs, but you may also want to try some of these locations:

Craigslist: True, it can be kind of a hodgepodge of possible leads, but hundreds of reputable employers utilize Craigslist because it’s cost effective, quick, and gets the word out. While I have found work here, be wary of people who want to pay you less than you are worth.

Online Writing Jobs: A great place and very well organized. To apply to some of the jobs you may have to join certain boards (ie: Media Bistro, ScriptLance, and Jobvana). As long as it’s free to join, do it. never pay to get work. If it is really worth your time, they will pay you, you do not pay them.

WFH Market: You do have to join this page to apply to the jobs, but it’s totally free and easy. The listings here branch out from basic freelance writing, which can prove very lucrative for people who are programmers, web designers, etc..

When you’re hunting from day to day, it’s easy for you to use up all the assets from one board, so you will need to use several boards at a time. Also, you should have a daily goal of how many queries you want to send out. Don’t put your eggs in one basket and send out as many queries as you can. Just keep organized so that when you accept a job it doesn’t conflict with any other projects you’re working on.

These basic tips should get you on the way to becoming a successful freelancer. No matter what, you have to be persistent with job hunting, and develop a thick skin for rejection. As many other writers will tell you, rejection is part of the job. Do not take it personally and just keep looking for that next opportunity.

Happy hunting,

-L. Rigdon

[I'd like to first thank Steve for inviting me to do a guest post on IveTriedThat. As a quick bio: I knew I wanted to be a writer since the fourth grade, which is why I got my bachelor's degree in literature with a minor in journalism, and why I am currently pursuing my master's degree in literature with a focus on gender studies. I've been freelancing professionally now for a little over six months. Through the guidance of other professionals in the community, I have enhanced my skills and successfully landed several regular clients and work-for-hire book deals. My belief in the freelancing community has inspired me to write blog posts such as this one, and others that you can find on my web site at: http://eccentriceclectic.wordpress.com/.]

Answers to your questions about independent employment recruiting and Scott Ritter's program.

I don’t have any scientific data to back this up, but I believe that for every person who asks a question, 10 more people have the same question but didn’t bother to ask.

That’s why I’m posting these frequently asked questions (FAQ) about the business we promoted a couple of weeks ago—being an independent recruiter. Read that whole post, but here’s a brief summary of how it works: Help companies find employees to fill good jobs and those companies will pay you well for your trouble. You can buy Scott Ritter’s independent recruiter training material (and his personal assistance) to learn how to be a recruiter.

But before you do, we know you’ll have questions. So here are Scott’s answers to some very good ones.

My question is, out of all of your successful placements how many of them are with people you haven’t met face to face? I imagine you do most of them over the phone.

100%. In the whole time I have been doing this (and hundreds of placements), I have never actually met ANY of the candidates I have placed.

Came close once though. Since I do have one client here in Montana, I placed a Civil Engineer in Missoula two years ago. Gave him an invitation to come up for dinner (I live about 70 miles north) but he never did. Just got busy with his new job and all I guess…

I noticed you place exclusively engineers. What guided you in making that decision? Do you have any sort of engineering background or knowledge? or did you choose engineering because it yields higher pay? Am I correct to assume as a recruiter one searches for jobs that produce well.

On the engineering question, no, I did not (do not) have any engineering experience or background (majority of my ‘background’ would be food-service i.e. waiter, cook, etc. as I grew up in my grandpa’s bakery/restaurant)

When I was first trained in recruiting back in 2000, the guy who trained me was doing Industrial Automation, so, that’s what I started in. After that slowed down, I worked in Civil Engineering up until 2007 and have been in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) since then.

Is it wise for a recruiter to stick to one field, maybe one with which the recruiter has prior knowledge or would it be more beneficial to contact multiple companies across the board, say for example: software companies to construction companies?

You can choose to work in any market you want to. That’s what is great about what I do. It’s all just based on Keywords in a resume. You don’t really have to have any knowledge of a particular industry to be able to find good resumes for it. As far as sticking to one market, I would say the better thing would be to stay in one market at a time (so you can pull a certain type of candidate and perhaps submit that candidate to more then one client…J). But, if things start to slow, you switch to another market…

Would it be too much to ask how your days are structured? I am excited about working at home and spending more time with my family and I was wondering what your routine looks like.

My schedule: I get up at 7:50am and take my grandkids to school. I get back around 8:05 or so and I put the coffee on. I do my bible study and sit down at the computer around 8:30 or so. I check emails (and reply as needed) and then spend the next 2 to 3 hours setting up interviews, re-emailing candidates & clients or other “old business” stuff (keep in mind, I am still in my PJ’s usually at this point). Around 11 or 11:30 I hop in the shower and get dressed for the day. I eat lunch and then do any grocery shopping or post office stuff, run errands with my wife, etc. Around 2:00 pm I spend the next 3 hours or so sending out candidate emails or new jobs emails, “new business” stuff etc. at 5:30pm, I pick up the grandkids from the after-school program and that’s it.

When getting started how often should I expect to place clients? Do you place one or two a month, or more, or less?

It really varies. I have made 4 placements in one month before and I have also had 2 & ½ months go by without anything. It’s a good idea to set some money aside for those times.

The real purpose of this quick e-mail is to ask you right up front…. is this “real?”… I have been down the road too many times to waste any more time or money!

I know what you mean there. In fact, that is how I found Joe & Steve… I received some “opportunity” through an email source I trust and Googled it. Turns out either Joe or Steve had “tried that” and it was apparently a Nutralife program in disguise…

When Joe says he checked me out, he really did. I supplied him with my income statements for the last three years and backed that up with my last bank deposit.

How much is allocated for ‘expenses’ each month, on average? What I am hearing /reading is that it pretty much involves computer & e-mails, phone work, and it looks like a monthly expense for your e-fax to exchange contracts, etc.?

AEC sets aside 20% of every placement for expenses. Most of that goes to pay for access to Monster & CareerBuilder, though, so you may not need to set aside as much to start with. Don’t forget you are going to be paying your own taxes, though!

Is there any way to expedite the process—particularly at inception? We are all impatient, I realize, but I honestly could use a cash infusion really quick!!

I’m not going to lie to you, this takes time. If there was a quicker way to do it, I would be doing it. Now, you can always partner up with another agency and work on a split but in the end, I have never made many placements that way. My suggestion would be to partner this program with something else like that Niche Blitzkrieg program Joe and Steve are trying out so you can see some quicker income and then use the BIG checks from recruiting to just pay stuff off.
[Note by Joe: If Scott was just interested in making a sale, he would have said to this guy, "YES! You can make money fast if you buy my book and do exactly what it tells you!" He wants to sell his product, of course, but he's not going to lie to you to do it. That should tell you a lot.]

What does this economy do to your business?? LOTS of applicants and FEW opportunities. Is the competition steep?

Nope. It’s all about what market you are working in. I actually made more money in ’08 then I did in ’07. Just need to be flexible on what you are working on.

Is it pretty much a straight forward (hopefully proven?) recipe?

Yup. Step-by-step, no guesswork involved. The “recipe” as you call it, is exactly what I do myself.

Will you create your own competition by providing your info as a work at home opportunity?

That is actually a very good question but the answer is no. Even if you decided to work in exactly the same market as me and we both ended up working with the same client, the chances of us bumping heads would be very slim. The reason I know this is I have a buddy (I call him my mentor since he has been doing this longer then I have) who is also an “ethical” Independent Recruiter over in Seattle and after talking, we have realized that we have actually worked for several of the same clients and didn’t even realize it.

What questions should I be asking that I am leaving out? (HaHa)

Honestly, there are several things but I normally don’t remember them until someone new gets started and then asks me this or that (at which point I go, “oh yeah, …”) but, none of them are very important, just little tweaks as you move forward and encounter different situations (which is what I’m here for)

I see your focus is specific to engineering placements. What if I had exceptional expertise in a different industry. Could this be massaged into utilizing that expertise?

That would be awesome. First thing you would want to do is see if the industry you have in mind is using recruiters, and if so, if the market is doing well…

The reason I work in Engineering is because it requires specialized training or education (not me, the candidates) and employers are willing to pay a fee for those types of candidates.

However, having a food-service background, I’ve always been intrigued with that industry and I know there are recruiters who hire Chefs, Restaurant Managers and Hotel Managers for big $$ (and which don’t necessarily have to have any schooling, just experience). So, just depends on what it is I guess.

That’s it for now, folks. You can find more questions and answers in the original post about independent recruiting.

We’re not talking about part-time freelancing jobs here, and Scott isn’t selling you some bogus pie-in-the-sky membership. He’s selling the very techniques he uses, step by step, to earn six figures a year. No, it’s not easy. But it’s reliable, ethical, rewarding income. Getting paid to help people find great jobs. That’s a wonderful thing. Click here to head on over to Scott’s place and check it out.

Scott Ritter is a professional recruiter who makes more than $100,000 per year (I've seen proof). He says anyone can do it and that he'll show you how. Independent recruiting might be the work from home opportunity you've been waiting for.

This isn’t one of our typical “make money online” reviews. It’s a review that can help you launch a profitable new career that doesn’t rely on the fickle behavior of Internet surfers and ever-changing keyword trends. So if you need to boost your income, or you hate your current job, read on to learn about a cool opportunity.

When millions of people are losing their jobs, what is a good profession to be in?

One that helps people find jobs, of course. If you specialize in matching employees with jobs, you have job security and a growing pool of potential customers, even when the economy is struggling.

[Update March 16: See our new follow-up post about this business. It gives answers to your most pressing questions.]

There are such people. They’re called “recruiters.”

What Is a Professional Recruiter?

A recruiter is someone who finds good employees to fill jobs. It’s that simple. Not all jobs, of course. McDonald’s doesn’t hire recruiters to find fry cooks. But large companies looking to fill salaried positions pay recruiters a lot of money to find employees.

What Do Recruiters Do?

They work with a set of clients (employers) who need help finding employees. They then use their awesome research skills to find employees that are good fits for their employers’ needs.

How Do They Get Paid?

Simply put, their clients pay them a percentage of the employee’s annual salary. So if you help a company fill a $50,000 per year job, and your fee is 20%, you earn $10,000. The more people you help, the more money you make.

I like that arrangement. It has a karmic justice to it that is absent in such crass endeavors as affiliate marketing.

Can Anyone Be a Recruiter?

Well, “anyone” is a big word. But no special skills are required, although being good with people would help you. But you don’t have to have a college degree or deep knowledge about an industry to get started.

How Much Do Recruiters Make?

As much as they want! Enough to live the lifestyle of their dreams! Just kidding.

Let me introduce you to Scott Ritter. He has been a professional recruiter for eight years now, and has made more than $100,000 every year since he started as an independent.

I have seen the documents to prove his income claims and have exchanged a lot of email with him. He’s a regular guy. As real as they come.

So, in short, you could make $40,000 your first year, conservatively, and double it the next year without too much trouble. He has made six figures consistently for eight years.

How Would I Get Started As a Professional Recruiter?

First you would head over to Scott’s Web site and check out his offer. He is selling a bundle of products that walk you through the steps of setting up and running your own successful recruiting business.

His bundle includes:

A comprehensive “how to” manual (pdf; you can see the Table of Contents at his site)

Free lifetime support so you can get answers to your recruiting questions

Instant support via Windows messenger (with purchase of a Gold package only)

Templates of the documents, contracts, and email messages you’ll use

Much more (naturally)

Your Doubts Addressed, Or, Answers to Your Questions

With so many jobs going overseas, and so many industries in trouble, this sounds like a high-risk idea.
Not so. Yes, some industries are weak right now (for example, try to place an automotive engineer!). But others are about to take off, thanks, in part to federal spending in the stimulus package. Transportation, energy development, health care, medical technology, information security…all of these are going strong and will go stronger in the future.

I’ve dealt with recruiters. I get emails from them. They suck.
Scott agrees. But these are unethical, scummy recruiters which he refers to as “headhunters.” That’s not how he rolls. Scott’s system is based on service and integrity. You’ll just have to believe me or check it out for yourself.

How can I find clients? Wouldn’t I have to contact tons of employers before finding someone to work with?
Yep. It’s called “work.” I know you’re not opposed to that. Would you contact tons of employers for a 5-figure payday? Scott says he averages 1-2 signed contracts for every 50ish solicitation emails he puts out. Maybe you can beat his numbers once you learn his system. And besides, he shows you exactly how to contact them. Hell, he even gives you the email message to use! The same one he’s had great success with, year after year after year.

I already have a full-time job. Can I do this part time and still make money?
I’ll answer this question with Scott’s own words:

You bet. In fact, perfect example would be Brent, a full-time Chiropractor in Oregon. We were High School friends and lost touch until a couple of years ago. When he found out what I was doing, he decided to give it a shot to make some extra $$. I don’t remember exactly what he made but I know it was three or so placements for over $20,000 total. Reason I remember that is one was a huge $30K split with me for $15K each (my guy, his job)

Is there a lot of competition in this field?
Yes. But so what? Here, let me just give you Scott’s answer to that question:

Competition (with other agencies) has never been a problem, Joe. In fact, my best clients have always worked with several recruiting agencies at the same time and we all still end up making money… (at least I’m assuming they are still making money since they are still around.)

Often, I am competing with huge, nationwide firms like MRI, Apple One or ManPower and I still have no problem making placements (before they do). In fact, in most cases, I have been told our services are much better than the larger firms who tend to try to automate the process (in which case they end up submitting 10 resumes that are marginal at best to see if one will stick).

By comparison, I stress “Quality, not Quantity” and believe in establishing great relationships with my clients and it seems to have paid off. Smaller seems to actually be better in some cases.

Is that awesome, or what?! I like this guy’s attitude. This is the kind of guy you can believe and learn from.

And finally, I’m watching out for our Canadian readers, too. (It’s because I feel guilty about the French and Indian War, although I don’t know why I should as I wasn’t even there. Still, it’s why the Brits took over, and the Quebecoise have never gotten past it. Maybe the rest of the country should thank us, though, because you don’t even speak French, so where would you be if France had stayed in charge??)
Can you do this from Canada or with Canadian clients?

My associate who does this part-time, Scott, actually does live in Canada…:-) He is just finishing up his PhD in Psych and has worked with me on and off for many years.

One of my best clients, STANTEC is also Canadian based and I can work on their Canadian openings if I want to (easier to get a Canadian TN and come to work in the US then the other way around though).

Bottom Line
If you…:

Are looking for a new career or home business opportunity

You have decent communication skills

You have (or can learn) good research skills

You can organize many emails effectively

…then professional recruiting might be for you. Click here now to learn more.

I haven’t asked Scott about this, but I’m sure he’ll be happy to answer your serious questions in the comments. (Emphasis on serious questions. Yes, Debi, that means you can’t ask him to buy your latest free miracle legal protection service for a mere $79.95 per month in perpetuity. Do not test me.)

We've been taking a look at Niche Blitzkrieg these past few days. We've offered a preview up to this point, but here is our full review after spending a few days examining the program.

I’ll be honest. I rarely come across a program that I’m excited to try. It’s true. Most of the time, I dread reviewing new programs, seeing as a lot of requests we receive are the same program just masked as something else. But this time it’s different. I found myself excited to try the Niche Blitzkrieg program. I think we may have finally found something that will work for everybody.

What is the Niche Blitzkrieg System?

The Niche Blitzkrieg system was developed by Michael Brown, a veteran on teaching others how to make money online. The focal point behind Niche Blitzkrieg is that you will be researching popular trends and niches in the world today and then building a website to cater to this trend or niche. In doing so, you will attract visitors from search engines and then make money through advertisements placed on your website.

Does the idea of creating websites scare you? I know a lot of you are probably thinking that there’s no way in hell you could ever setup your very own website. Well, knock it off. The truth is that creating a website these days is very, very easy. In fact, with the Niche Blitzkrieg system, all of the hard work will automatically be generated for you. If you can manage to type on a keyboard, you’re more than capable of running your own website. Honest.

This program is somewhat newbie friendly. Just “somewhat?” Well, the process of doing keyword research and setting up your sites is explained in layman’s terms, and Michael uses pictures and videos to show you, step-by-step, what you need to do.

It’s only “somewhat” newbie friendly because there are some gaps in the instruction. Someone who is brand new to WordPress and plug-ins will struggle a bit. That’s not to say newbies can’t do it. They most certainly can. But you’ll need to have some stubbornness and persistence to get yourself through the gaps. The Forum looks like a good source of help, though, and Michael is quick to answer questions.

The best part of the program is that positive results are easily duplicated. Once you create your first profitable website, you’ll be able to take the techniques used and repeat them as many times as you possibly can. You’ll find yourself with multiple streams of income that continue to earn money for you long after they’ve been created.

My personal involvement with the program has been great thus far. I’ve been conducting my own niche research these past few days and do have quite a few ideas on where to take them. Sorry, I can’t share them as they are my personal ideas and I don’t want you guys to take the credit for my hard work. I should have a few websites up and running fairly soon though. I suspect my investment into the program and money spent ordering domain names will be made back within less than a month.

We use a lot of similar techniques outlined in Niche Blitzkrieg to make money each month with I’ve Tried That. Seeing as these techniques are proven to work and I’ve seen it happen with my own two eyes on a daily basis, I feel confident in highly recommending the Niche Blitzkrieg program.

Niche Research Commando

The Niche Research Commando is a tool that you can add on to the program at an extra cost. I’ve been using the tool myself over these past couple of days and it has already saved me from spending countless hours on niche research.

The program allows you to view the top ten results in Google for the niche keyword of your choice. These results provide you with valuable information like how the top ten sites use their keywords, how many backlinks a website has, the pagerank of the website and the overall competition you would face if you choose to build a website in this niche. This tool is extremely beneficial to beginners and is very easy to use. Of course, you don’t need to buy the program, but you will end up spending 20 to 30 minutes on a task that takes this program 20 to 30 seconds.

What I Didn’t Like

[Updated on March 23rd, 2009] When I first reviewed Niche Blitzkrieg, I felt that the system was starting to become outdated and skipped over a few essential parts to running a domain.

The Niche Blitzkrieg Bottom Line

Bottom line: if you want to learn a method that will allow you to create multiple streams of income online that continually work for you and make you money, Niche Blitzkrieg is the program to join. It really is a great program and I highly recommend it.

When we find a work-at-home resource we like, we make a lot of noise about it. In Your PJs is an indispensable resource if you want to make money from home. And you don't have to have great computer skills!

I have spent the last three hours reading an e-book about how to work from home that we just discovered. Let me tell you right off the bat—I’m excited about this book. And I don’t get excited about very much in the work-at-home minefield that is the Internet.

I am in a lather over this e-book because it gives you answers to two stubborn problems:

It’s hard to find legitimate jobs.
Our e-book (which is not the one I’ve been reading) helps with this problem by showing you where and how to find real telecommuting jobs. But those jobs require pretty specific skills in writing, coding, design, or more.

What if I don’t have great computer skills?
This is where the new e-book can help. It shows you step by step, practical ways to create your own jobs. No affiliate marketing, no fees up front. Real work, real paychecks.

The book is called In Your PJs: Simple Strategies Anyone Can Use to Work at Home Forever, and if you’re looking for ways to work from home, either as a supplement to your income or as a full-time career, you gotta have it.
