well randi the first thing you have to do is let your bank know and cancel your debit or credit card that way if they try to charged you again using the same card they won’t be able to do it, then as soon as you can call the customer service nu mber to cancel the account you sign for “whe you order the stupid cd” after that they shuold give you a confirmation number make sure you ask for a confirmation number and the name of the person who helped you FULL NAME in case they failed to refund the money you can take further steps well that’s what i’m gonna do right now after i find out that this rats just got my with $72.21…i called my bank (wells fargo) and they say that they cant’t file a complaint because it was on the term and conditions well if thats what they say also on the term and conditions said that if you cancel and returnt the material “cd” they will give a full refund of your money…..so good luck with this scam ald plz keep posting any info about this rats plz !!!

I was just scammed for that 72.00 by Google Treasure Chest/Money Tree. Working on trying to get refund. Not sure where to start….Anyone have advice? PLEASE HELP! -randi
