I Was Saved

Now if everyone will look down and to the right on the Home Page, you’ll see the newest addition to the I’ve Tried That family. We like to call this feature ‘I Was Saved’ and as many of you have probably guessed, we’re keeping track of how many people we’ve saved from spending money on scams.

We did a quick scan and found 7 people have left comments deciding against joining a scam due to our reviews. The total amount of money that would have been lost to scams is also on display. It is a combination of how much money would have been lost to scammers. Right now, the total is over $3,000 $14,000$16,000 [as of 4/3/08].

We are still looking for more stories. So if have read a post here and then decided against buying into a program, please comment below or send an email to Steve at Steve@IveTriedThat.com or Joe at Joe@IveTriedThat.com and we’ll be sure to add you to our list.

  1. I want to thank you for your information on Project Payday. I actually joined for $1.97. However, after doing about 10 trades costing me well over $125 and only earning $20, I found your website of I’ve Tried That. I have cancelled, terminated and severed all ties with Project Payday to the dismay of my “trading leader.” However, I was able to re-coup about $75 and I learned a very valuable lesson. In the future, I will check all on-line offers here first.

  2. Woo-hoo! I’m excited, Theresa.

  3. I want to thank you for your information on Angela Penbrook. I was just about to give her system a serious look, but the $197 got me spooked. When I googled her name, I found this website and it really opened my eyes. Thanks for saving me almost $200! I also got your e-book today as well.

    Thanks again!

  4. Glad to hear it, Philip. Let us know how the e-book sits with you and if we can help in your job search.

  5. Thanks, this website is awesome. I got a letter from the infamous “Mary Henderson” about envelope stuffing…but thanks to your website, this letter is going in the garbage.
